What kinds of classes are offered?

We offer a variety of fitness and movement classes with a range of movement styles that include yoga, mat pilates, barre, cardio, strength training, conditioning exercises and meditation.

Can I join a class without Membership to THE WELL?

Our Mindful Movement and fitness classes are exclusively available to our Member Community. Learn more about our Membership, starting at $275/month here.

What is the size of each class?

Most of our Movement & Fitness classes are held in Studio Moon, our larger Mindful Movement Studio, and are capped at a maximum of 20 guests.

What training do instructors have?

Our movement instructors are all certified in their respective fields, whether personal training, yoga, pilates or meditation and can offer a well-rounded approach for what mode of movement (or combination) can best support you.

Do you need to be fully vaccinated to come to THE WELL New York?
