WRII CORP, dba The Well (“The Well”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which includes The Well’s affiliated companies, understands that you want to be informed about how we collect, use, disclose and store information in association with any website, mobile site, mobile application, social media channel (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram), or other digital platform owned and/or operated by us, now or in the future (collectively and individually, the “Digital Services”) and in association with our club (collectively with the Digital Services, the “Club”).The information we collect in association with operating the Club (“Data”) may include personally identifying data and information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone/fax numbers, health and wellness information, and credit/debit card information. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to provide you with the relevant information.

By accessing the Site, ordering products or services from the Club, or registering with the Club you are consenting to the Data collection and use practices described in this Policy, as modified from time to time by us in our sole discretion.We reserve the right to modify our Policy and invite you to consult this Policy from time to time in order to familiarize yourself with any changes. If we update the Policy, we will post the new version on the Site, changing the date at the bottom of such Policy.You can ask for a copy of this Policy when you visit our physical club.The terms of this Policy are without prejudice to any contractual terms you may enter into with us or specific privacy disclosures that we may present to you, which shall prevail over the terms of this Policy in the event of any conflict.

Data We Collect.We collect the following types of data in association with the Club:

contact information,

order and transaction information,

payment information,

demographic information,

survey responses,

health and wellness information, and

the information you provide to us in your communications with us.

We may require you to register on the Digital Services or create an account in order to access certain features of the Digital Services.So, you may need to provide us with a user name and password. We also may require you to provide us with certain information in order to sign up for certain services or participate in certain Club activities.In these situations, if you do not provide us with the required information, it may not be possible for you to engage in the activities.

The Well may store Data in different jurisdictions.
